So I'm worried that I'm eating too much to lose weight!
I am aiming to eat a healthy total of 1200 kcal a day. But for instance today I have eaten 1500kcal and have burnt off 500kcal in the gym. Is that an acceptable weight loss method or should I be restricting my intake to 1200 irrespective of exercise?
Thanks!

The 1200 calories is calculated as your baseline, with no exercise, actually with little to no movement at all. So you're under calories, not over.0

Ok thanks! I don't seem to be shifting much weight so I suddenly worried (as obvious as the answer may seem).0
