has anyone had liposuction?

I have been working out hard and eating right yet this stubborn fat on my stomach will not budge! I'm getting really impatient! So I'm considering getting liposution. Has anyone had this procedure or know anyone who has? Did it hurt? How did it come out?

    If you google realself liposuction it will bring up a website which is basically people reviewing their doctor/how the procedure went etc. you may find it helpful :)
