Morning all, just to introduce myself, I'm Simon, 39 years old and 224lbs. I live in Hemel Hempstead in Hertfordshire, UK. Tring to get down to about 180lbs by Christmas, as well as build my activity and start training to do some triathlons.

    Hi Simon, I used to work in Hemel years ago! I'm trying to get back into this all, I run a little but not as much as before due to an injury and also use weights a couple of times a week. Good luck with the triathlon training, feel free to add me.
