New to my fitness pal

I'm new to this and I'm liking it so far, I've done calorie counting before with nutracheck but can't afford it any more so I thought I would try this. I started yesterday and both days I have done well and have been slightly under my calorie allowance. I've got to lose around 70lbs and I hope to do this in about 18 to 20 months.

    Just entered my daily intake and found I was under my allowance as well. I have moved to this from Weightwatchers as it was too expensive this programme gives me more information I am liking it.
