Jillian Michaels ripped in 30

I picked up this DVD. I have done it a few times but haven't done it too many times. I plan on starting it on Saturday and workout with Jillian Michaels 5 days on then two off. Then move on to next week. I don't want to give up my YMCA workouts so this will be a challenge. Anyone else doing this program or have had nice results?

    i'm doing week 4 at the moment, i have to say week 3 was a killer for arms !!!, i havnt done it for 30 days cause i usaully do another one of her dvds so i dont get bored of the same one. oh and yes, definitely a good workout due to the 3-2-1 system so all your body can feel the burn!!!
