Challenge Idea!

I was thinking about starting a challenge/group for the year! It will be monthly challenges!!! Example: one month will be NO FAST FOOD....another one could be Exercise 30 mins a day everyday!

This is for people that are just starting out or likes to have challenges to keep them in line! I was wanting to see how many people would wanna do this!!!! If I get enough people or see a couple of people that really want to do this I'll do it!

This also will be a interacitve group everyone will have say so-s and is you would like to see a challenge for the month then you can request it!

    I would love to join a challenge group. I joined one a while ago to burn 4000 calories in a week. I was 50 short but I worked hard. I can never find my way back to these challenges when I start them. So let me know and help me back. I have been really off track since my husband was home. He's gone back to train some more so I have til mid April to lose some more. Really looking forward to getting back on track.
