Faux McD's Mocha Frappe - 180 cals
I have to give up my McDonald's Moca Frappe because I can't spare the 560 calories. Not to mention I was buying them a few times a week (coupons). I started making my own Wednesday and I finally have a recipe that works for me. Just remember to freeze your coffee cubes in the ice cube tray at least overnight.
Moca Frappe
Ingredients:
1 cup fat free milk (90 cals)
2 tbsp Nesquik (60 cals)
4 - 6 coffee cubes
2 ice cubes
4 tbsp or ¼ cup Reddi Whip (30 cals)
Put one cup milk into blender with Nesquik. While blending, add coffee cubes and ice cubes. Top with measured Reddi Whip.
Calories: 180 vs. McDonald’s 560 per 16 oz.
The Nesquik makes this sweet and chocolaty without adding additional sugar.

I'm SO gonna try this. I love any kind of mocha frappes!0

I've never like any kind of cold coffee drink (I don't even like coffee flavored ice cream), so it's never been an issue for me. But, if I could figure out how to make Panera's caramel latte - well, I would be one happy, happy girl! lol Good for you!0

I gave up these when I found out how many calories and fat they are. McDonald's doesn't advertise skinny vanilla latte. They just advertise sugar free vanilla syrup. I ask for this along with "skim milk" rather than the regular milk they put in. So the employee is careful not to mess up my order. I think its only like 40 calories for a small one.0

Place all together in a blender, mixture should be nice and thick . Yield this recipe makes 20 ounces divide in half and it's 77 cal0
