A New Year, A new Me

Hi everyone. I have two kids and have been a stay at home Mum for 11 years and have just managed to let my weight balloon because that was easier. I tend to be always looking after everyone else first and I'm sick of being way overweight and not buying the clothes I WANT to buy and instead buying the ones that fit. I have a son with autism who has heaps and heaps of energy and I need to be able to keep up with him because he's on the go all the time. I'm a stress eater and love all things sweet. I thought that a site like this might actually help me to keep track of what I eat and how I exercise. Thanks for having me here, I'm looking forward to seeing what 2011 brings

    Hi,

    I'm similar like you about having a sweet tooth and turning to food when stress is killing me.

    Anything chocolate or creamy and i'm there! Actual sweets and savoury stuff i'm not generally interested in. I feel your pain!
