I try to eat more protein on days I'm lifting and the day after lifting....which,now that I think about it, would be most days if I lift 3x a week...lol

Honestly, I think I have at least one scoop of protein powder every day to help me hit my protein macro. I eat meat or greek yogourt or something with every meal, but it' still hard to hit my protein goal so the powder helps....now if I could just learn to like the taste.....:ohwell:

Whey protein isn't magic, just a convenient and - ounce for ounce - inexpensive way to meet your protein macros. Since your protein needs are highest on exercise days, you'll most likely benefit from taking int on those days. That said, if you're meeting (or, better, exceeding) your protein macros regardless of whey protein intake, adding whey protein generally won't increase your rate of loss.
