Frak yes!!! Finally!!!

I started "pull up" training about 4 weeks ago. basically started doing assisted chin ups with large tension band. I also started doing slow lowering down reverse chin ups about 2 weeks ago. Today I just felt strong and decided to try to do one unassisted. I did 4!!! My eventual goal is 12-15, then move to LAT pull ups. Just sharing because I"m stoked and tend not to brag to real life friends about fitness accomplishments.

That's awesome!!! It's a goal I set for myself in January and was finally able to do one a couple weeks ago....I need to Google pull up training, it might speed things up for me a bit!0

Me too! I've been using the machine at the gym. To be honest I haven't actually tried to do one without it though I can do a few with 50lbs. I am scared to try it without weight because I don't want to hurt myself or embarrass myself either lol0
