Frak yes!!! Finally!!!

I started "pull up" training about 4 weeks ago. basically started doing assisted chin ups with large tension band. I also started doing slow lowering down reverse chin ups about 2 weeks ago. Today I just felt strong and decided to try to do one unassisted. I did 4!!! My eventual goal is 12-15, then move to LAT pull ups. Just sharing because I"m stoked and tend not to brag to real life friends about fitness accomplishments.

    Me too! I've been using the machine at the gym. To be honest I haven't actually tried to do one without it though I can do a few with 50lbs. I am scared to try it without weight because I don't want to hurt myself or embarrass myself either lol
