Too Much Skin?!

Does anyone have any non-surgical advice for what to do about the extra skin after significant weight loss?
In total, I lost 60ish pounds. That was a year ago.
I've been maintaining - down 10/back up 10 over the course of this year.
BUT...
I'd like to tone up the excess skin so it doesn't just 'flop' around.
Any tips?
Do any of those lotions or cremes really work?

Honestly, Spanx and not wearing shorts or short sleeves is what works for me.

I would love to know too! I hate the extra skin! I guess it's my consequence for having an unhealthy lifestyle for so long =(

The best advice I've found is strength training while doing lean bulk and cut cycles. Seems like a good idea to try and fill the skin out with muscle and help tighten everything up. I'm at a point where I can't lose any more weight so but still have quite a lot of loose skin after 5 babies so that's the plan for me.

Lift heavy, stay hydrated, and consume an adequate amount of nutrient dense foods. Depending on your age and the amount of loose skin in question, this might take longer than you'd like. Given time and dedication, however, you should see an improvement.
