I recently found this site and am very excited about journalling all of my ups and downs of my weight loss journey. I need to lose just over 100 lbs so will cut my goals into smaller more attainable amounts working toward the big goal. I am diabetic on oral med's and injectible Victoza (which workes great), as well as cholesterol and bp med's. I need to get healthier. I have too much fmaily history working against me so I need to be proactive before something drastic happens. My DH is also overweight and diabetic. I fear my children are heading down the same path if I don't do somehting for ALL of us! Look forward to all your constructive criticisms, triumph's and cheerleading! If anyone wants to be my friend on here to help us keep accountable, please let me know. I would love to help support you too!! THanks and look forward to this journey!!!
