                    I ripped off the "lose 5 lbs in May" group because there were a ton of people in that thread. And I mean this is the internet so I don't want to be overwhelmed with a group of that many people.
Anyway, it's the same thing:
1. Post your beginning weight and goal weight
2. Post your weigh ins
-starting weight on May 1st
-second May 8th
-third May 15
-fourth May 22nd
-final weigh in May 30th
3. Post any steps you've taken that week to be healthier whether they're leaps or small steps.
4. Also, if you join this group I WILL friend you, for real
Ok I'll start: starting weight: 141 goal weight: 136
