Month of MAY-hem 30-45 Day Challenge Group

30 - 45 Day Fitness Any Workout Program Fitness Challenge
The challenge is to follow any workout program, eat healthfully and check-in with the group daily for accountability for the duration of the challenge. You are encouraged to post daily to help keep you motivated and for additional support throughout the challenge.

    Greetings, all! This is exciting - I look forward to going through the MAY-hem challenge with everyone.

    Even though we start on Monday, yesterday I tried to act as if it was Day 1 of the challenge... I didn't snack after 8pm, which was a big victory, and I exercised as usual (I'm actually working out less than normal this week on purpose, because on Sunday I am running a half marathon). All in all, pretty good! Let's see how I do today.
