It is about the consistency of sour cream. It's tart. You can add some honey to make it sweeter or mix with fruit. You can buy plain yogurt and then strain it through a coffee filter in the fridge to make it like greek yogurt. I prefer it.0

completely AMAZING...yummy, delicious, and nutritious...I like the okios brand :-)0

I personally do not care for greek yogurt. I have tried adding fruit but still can't get past the tartness.0

I'm a big fan of the Chobani brand. They have yummy fruit flavors and it's very protein rich, so you feel full for a long time. I eat them for breakfast--about 160 calories per serving.0

I also like Oikos! I've never loved regular yogurt but I love Greek yogurt.. it's thicker and richer, plus more filling. Not to mention, the protein is good for you! Mmmm, their chocolate is my favorite.0

Greek yogurt is pretty much like a thick plain yogurt. It comes with a variety of fat contents, so watch out. Its a nice diet food because if you buy the fat free plain the serving size is 1 cup and contains 120 calories. It high in protein and thick so its filling. My in laws saw me eating it yesterday and thought It looked like I was eating frosting. If you don't like yogurt then you probably wont like greek yogurt. You can eat it with honey, frozen fruit, jam or granola. Ive been eating it with splenda and a drop of vanilla extract to avoid adding calories. Its a little expensive. Since my husband and I both eat it we buy the large containers of fat free Fage yogurt at costco.0

I LOVE IT!!! I have to eat it because i'm hypoglycemic and I need the protein so I don't do as well with regular yogurt. I was really skeptical about it at first but I love it now!0

I think it is great. I love the Fage brand mixed with fresh blueberries or strawberries the best. Unlike conventional yogurt, it is not jacked up on sugar. Plus it is high protein, and I also get the fat free kind. :flowerforyou:0

I really like it, but get ones mixed with fruit, I don;t really like it plain. It is thicker than regular yogurt. I really like th chobaini brand, and if you have a Sam's club they sell it in a 12 pack for just under $12.oo which is way cheaper than the grocery store!!0

I love Greek yogurt! The Fage Total 0% variety contains like 15g protein in just 6 oz and 90 calories, plus it's fat free. I just discovered today they sell Fage at Target, and it was even on sale 5 for $6. I'm weird though and I have always preferred plain yogurt, no fruit or sweetener mixed in, so if you've never tried it before, you might want to pick up the fruit/honey varieties.0

I am half Greek and when I go to Greece, they eat it with about a tablespoon of raw honey and a small handful of walnuts. Its delicious that way and really helps with the tartness. And yes, it is very filling and soooo good for you! That's why all those Greek villagers who eat that food live for so long!0
