100 calorie french toast!

wanted to share this sweet treat with everyone..great way to eat french toast without all the extra calories and fat!

ingredients:
2 pieces of wonder light wheat bread (80 calories)
cinnamon
splenda or other artificial sweetener
2 egg whites
log cabin sugar free syrup (20 calories per 1/4 cup)

What I do is dip the pieces of bread in the egg white, then sprinkle the top with splenda and cinnamon..spray the pan with a little cooking spray and then throw the bread on there..put cinnamon and splenda on the other side..so delicious tastes just like french toast you won't even miss the old thing!

im not a fan of a lot of the sugar free syrups but I have to say log cabin makes a great one and you can barely taste the difference. so yummy!! :)
