Hi, everyone. This is my 3rd day charting food, 2nd day of working out. I'm finally checking out the forums and decided to introduce myself.
I'm Rebecca aka MtnPixie or Pixie for short. I've had issues with weight all of my life and have tried other diets and things before. I joined MFP because it felt right. When I get the nudge to do something, I tend to do it.
So, here I am and looking forward to meeting new people and taking this journey together.

Hi Pixie,
This is my 5th day charting food. I have had 2 strength training days and 3 cardio. I am probably over doing it. I have had weight issues for most of my life. Well since my first pregnancy. Lets take this journey together. Everyone can use support.

I too have had weight issues all my life. Up and down. Up and down. Lately I do good for 3 to 4 days, then fall off. It's like I enjoy sabotaging myself. I also want to meet new people here to get support.0 -
