Motivated and on a roll

Okay, so I just had a baby 7 weeks ago, our last baby. With that I want to get back in shape and lose the weight. I have about 48lbs to loose, its going to come with a lot of changes. I have a lot of bad habits and not so much the best eating habits. So i'm trying to change theses slowly so I can stick to them easier.

Anyways, if anyone is looking for MFP friends, i'd love to have more!

    congrats on the baby. thats a fair amount of weight to loss just try and take your time and not stress over it! good luck
