Hello!
Im an 18 year old female. I'm 5'4" and weigh 149 pounds. I'm new to MFP and i really want to lose around 20 pounds. I've been on the 1200 calorie diet and i follow it pretty well. Its been 16 days and i have lost 5 pounds. I was just wondering if i should be eating back the calories that i burn. i do 65 mins of cardio everyday and burn around 600 calories and i do weight training twice a week. i feel like 1200 calories a day is already low and on top of that I'm burning extra calories so should i eat back the calories i burn???
Thank you :)

Yes, MFP is set up so the deficit is already built in.
Eat 1/2 to all of your exercise calories back depending on how you feel on a given day. If you are hungrier eat more than 1/2 back.

The more intense the workout, the more calories you will burn afterwards. So yeah eat back half of what you burned
