Currently about 20-25 pounds more than I would like to weigh and feel comfortable at. I have been on here off and on before and quit altogether last year. I struggled with various things last year and ended up gaining 10-15 pounds from it all. I am detereminded to get it off and be happy and healthy in life. Came to terms with lots of last years issues and started this year off getting my happiness on track. Now I am more determinded than ever to get the weight off by making permanent changes not just going on a diet! Please add me if you can help motivate and keep me on track and I will do my best to do the same for you!!!
