insanity... how many cals burned?

Hi all... anyone else doing the insanity workouts?

I'm 5'2'' and 108lbs, wondering if anyone could estimate how many cals I burn in a 40-45 min workout? Need it for my log, right now I'm guessing around 250, but I think this may be an underestimation, from what I'm reading it looks like typically people burn like 600-700 cal per workout.

    it's different for every person. You'd need an HRM to get an accurate account of what you're burning. Even if you found someone your height/weight, it doesn't mean you'll have a similar burn. It all depends on how much you're putting in to the workout, how much you're heart rate elevates, etc. That will be different for everyone.

    I ordered one on amazon, but I know Target has them on sale right now (just there today and thought about getting another one for my DH)

    I got mine on amazon.com
    I bought the polar ft4 womens (in bronze) & it's been amazing!!! it's so easy to use & i won't workout without it now!!
    I paid 85$ including shipping & it came in 3 days.
    It sounds like a big initial investment but it's sooooooo worth it IMO
