I'm new and could use some support

Hi everyone,

I'm new to this and could use as much help as I can get. My name is Anna, and I'm 27 years old. I started my first 9-5 office job a little over a year ago and the pounds started to pile on. Working and commuting to and from my job leaves me very little time to exercise and I find it hard to stay motivated with a diet and regularly going to the gym. I am hoping this website and being able to see what I eat/do will help me keep on track this time. I am taking small steps and would like to lose 10 pounds at first then see where I want to go from there. It is very hard and frustrating for me and I am hoping to meet someone I can keep in touch with to help motivate and support each other in this journey. Please let me know if you would like to be friends :(

    Welcome Anna! MFP is a great place to help you achieve your weight loss goals. You're right, breaking it up is a easier way to look at it and makes it easier to achieve. Making friends on here is a good way to keep you accountable and be able to see what's working for others. I have sent you a friend request. Anyone feel free to add me!
