    Well, I was 186.4 yesterday when I did my weigh-in, but today I'm 188.4 :ohwell: I'll split the diff and say I'm starting at 187, if that's cool.

    Random gushing about MFP moment: I am so happy I joined a website to do this; I never realized how much more motivating, inspiring, and ultimately easier it could be to put these plans into motion if only I had people around for support :happy:

    I probably wont be able to lose all of that in May but we shall see!

    Thank you! End-October 2013 I realised things had to change and got started (so just over six months now). I found MFP in mid-December 2013, it's been life-changing. :)
