Hi I'm Marly and just started to count calories today. Still learning my away around "My Fitness Pal". So far so good with adding food. I was surprised to see all the food selections that I put in are there. This looks like a good place. I hope I can stick with it.

    This is my first week using MFP and the first time I have ever counted calories. I was also glad to see that the food list with different brands made it so easy....it takes the guessing away. I have done many diets in the past with food logging but not with calorie counting. I figured I would try the calorie counting this time around and hope it is the method that works for me for making a life change. I will say that so far it seems simple enough. It also made me aware of the fact that I consume too much sodium. You can do it....as you said just stick with it!
