Newest Insanity Asylum Graduate!

Well today I finished the Insanity Asylum Volume 1 program.

It was 30 days of absolute pure hell, but I made it through, and had some pretty decent results!!

I originally did a video, but need to do it over, as I recorded myself doing the fit test, and referred to it, and all you can see in the video is a giant torso and huge *kitten*.

So.....here are the results in my 30 days of hell.

Weight: 178 -> 169.5
Body Fat: 20.7% -> 17.5%
Chest: 38" -> 36"
Waist: 34.5" -> 32.5"

These results were taken with 3 days left in the program. My normal measurement days are Sundays, and I will have final results then, but I don't expect much of any change.

As far as the fit test goes, here's my results:

Agility Heisman - 7.5 -> 9.5

In/Out Abs - 27 -> 37

Lat Push Ups - 12 -> 16

Mountain Climber Switch Kicks - 53 -> 80

Should Taps - 4 -> 5

X-Jumps - 15 -> 30

Moving Push-Ups - 2 -> 2

Agility Sequence - 13.5 -> 15

Bear Crawl - 4 -> 5

I'm pretty happy with the results, and my video review of the program will be up shortly!
