Good HRM or Activity tracker?

Hi! I currently have a Polar FT4 and I LOVE it...but it's a few years old now and the chest strap is about to lie down on me. I know I can purchase another chest strap but I'd like to go with something a little more updated anyway. I'd like to (ideally) keep it under $100(Us dollar). Recommendations?

Also, I'd like to go with a POLAR brand. This was the only HRM (Polar ft4) that I have ever had but I've heard really good things about fitbit too.

ETA: I am interested in something with high ACCURACY. I do not want JUST a pedometer/sleep tracker.

I use both the FT4 and a FitBit.

IMO they serve separate purposes- I use my HRM when I am at the gym to get an accurate burn. I use my FitBit to make sure I am not sitting on my butt all day ;)

I really, really love my FitBit though. It really motivates me to keep moving.

I was reading about the vivofit, it runs $129, and you can upgrade and get the HRM I ended up going with the fitbit flex because it pairs with MFP
  • I use the BodyMedia Fit and it's really accurate. It monitors steps, calories burned based on heart rate, sleep, you can set reminders, it syncs with your phone with bluetooth......ect. Check it out on their website. I got mine about 3 months ago and love it. I paid $130 with shipping but sometimes they have sales too.
