i'm not a band wagoner. not a resolutionist. i have struggled with my weight since i was 13 and have at times thought i mastered it. but, like many of you know, here i am again working on it...again. this time i am trying the HCG program so if anyone else is on it i would be happy to share some information. in my heart i am a trailrunning, mountainbiking, hiking freak but i find my zeal for life often spills over to food. sound familiar? anyway i am jacob, and i am not chubby, not chunky or fluffy, i am fat and ready to change...again.:drinker:
