Ok here goes. I actually did read the guidelines and will look up banana hammock later on. I used to use Fitocracy but it's really my diet that needs monitoring, I'm fine to exercise every day of my life, no motivation needed there! I'm in Straya (aka Australia), Malaysian born and grew up the only asian person in an all white schools, luckily the country is a lot more multicultural now and I don't have to explain my existence to everyone I meet. I love food, healthy food, junk food, home cooked, five star, take away, anything really and I'm just now starting to have some kind of selective ability. For example I prefer hazelnut Cadbury milk chocolate over fruit n nut and I'll eat just the one I prefer instead of both. Anyway I'm rambling. I have a long history of triathlons, ironmans, half marathons but now I mainly do swimming (open water as well as squad) and Crossfit. Even though I don't do Crossfit regularly I can get over-enthusiastic about it. I have a furry jogging partner who I love. My goal is to swim 50m fly and to be able to do 10 pull ups. Oh and I dabble in P90X and dance DVDs.

All the best with your diet. You have a head start with your exercise and furry pal. A chocolate treat can't hurt if you're doing all that exercise !
