Looking for different routine

I never introduced myself but I'm 20 years old, last time I weigh myself I was 384 lbs. that's after losing 13 pounds by just cutting out fried foods, soda, and sweets. I'm still doing well eating clean, I'm really looking to add a different routine to what I'm currently doing, which is walking and the 55 workout(push-ups and squats). I Currently don't belong to a gym but I will soon, as I would like to properly strength train. Thank you for and help you can provide me.

Have you heard of stronglifts 5x5? You'd need the gym but it's easy and simple to follow.0

I agree. It is an ideal, in my opinion, program for an absolute beginner. Only 5 different lifts and great for working on form and gaining strength if followed properly.0 -
Thanks everyone I looked up the stronglifts workout and it's something I'll add as soon as I get into a gym.0

Yes really. If you completely cut things that you enjoy out of your diet, you're going to end up going on a binge or a few binges. You can eat whatever you want, just do it in moderation. Calories and macros are what's really important, not what individual foods you're actually eating.0 -

I kinda agree.
I still eat mostly everything I did before, but I cut the portions in half but I also kicked up my exercise level up considerably.
Seems to be working for me.0 -
