1 rectangle graham cracker-honey plain or cinnamon
2 TBS Cool Whip Free

Spread cool chip on one half of graham cracker. Top with the other half. Place in freezer for about an hour(longer if you can wait!) I make a lot at a time and keep a bag of them in the freezer. Always ready for snack and not guilty about it!
I also use the chocolate graham crackers and they are great!

These are wonderful. I found that recipe a while back from Weight Watchers. I keep the freezer stocked with them. The graham crackers get all soft and smushy and the the cool whip hardens a lot like ice cream. It really IS a great treat.

I wrap mine individually in aluminum foil or wax paper so each one is portioned separately.

Does this mean 2 sandwiches is a serving? Or 2 servings per sandwich? Just want to make sure.

So is 2 sandwiches 77 calories or 2 servings per rectangle?
Don't want to eat 154 calories thinking I'm eating 77:noway:

    Ok.....

Serving size is 1... not 2!!!! 'scuse the mistake ladies and gents.

Break each rectangle piece of graham cracker into 2 pieces. Put 2 tbsp of cool whip on one side and cover with other piece of cracker. Freeze.

I tried these this past weekend... love them! Even the hubby likes them! They are my new snack/treat. I even spread like a tsp of sugar free/fat free hot fudge topping before freezing. Frozen s'mores! LOL YUM!
