    Hi. My name is Sharon from the US. I am 47 and weigh 219lbs....this is probably my 30th attempt at weight loss and/or lifestyle change! This is it! I am done being this size.....I'm gonna do it ....this is MY year!

    You have come to the right place this site is great.
    I am from the UK too sheffield and im 28, two kids helped me pack on the pounds.

    I have managed to lose 36lb (from 192-156lb) but put 3lb back on over christmas. If I can lose, you can trust me lol
