    Weight Goal: 74,2 kg

    P.s. I'm on South beach diet ;) and my goal is 70 kg till my birthsday..17.6. :D can we do it? yess we can!:D:D

    April has been tough for me with just a 2 pound loss so 5 pounds seems pretty lofty. I'm gonna try, though. I recently increased my calorie intake and will also be increasing my exercise. Hopefully it's the formula I need to succeed. I am losing confidence today.

    I just recently discovered my secret formula. Getting 7-8 hrs of sleep rather than the usual 4-5 hours. Student sleeping schedule, go figure :)

    So looking forward to getting below the dreaded 150 line. Actual goal is 105, although I may stop at 115. Haven't been below 120 in about 25 years. I was 105 when I went to Air Force Officer Training school, 1989-1990 so it's a goal weight that I've had as an adult but not in a long,long time.

    Thanks, I'm trying. It's been a little rough, but I'm a fighter...gonna hang in there and I'm hoping to surprise myself this month! It helps a lot to get encouraging words, though, so I appreciate it greatly. I'm sure we've all been stuck in a rut for a few weeks....but consistency should help. Plus starting over SUCKS, so I'd rather just keep doing the same thing and wait for it to catch up again lol.

    third May 15... I can believe I'll down a few
    fourth May 22nd .... I think a kebob bbq is in order
    final weigh in May 30th ... grease burger, don't care if its bovine, swine or fowl...I'll probably want one of those...maybe 2...with cheese

    I'm doing this ketongenic diet thing....it works quite well for me and it is assumed that it is not for everyone... but works great for me as I'm more hunter gatherer than strict paleo kinda guy to begin with. Thats right...I'm getting back to nature. I need to remind myself I can't go back to far as Canada is typically cold and cloths are required... I can't do the Eden attire.
