Reaching your goals

The gyms will be full of folks determined to loose too much in so little time. They'll get discouraged and be gone before March. Set reachable goals, use your friends and family for support and take it day by day. Oh ya, throw the scale away. Let others tell you"you've lost weight or you look great!" Go by feel. Don't let the scale dictate your progress.

THE SUGGESTION MENTIONED ABOUT NOT USING A SCALE IS SOMETHING THAT I JUST DO NOT LIKE. I ENJOY KNOWING BY OTHERS TELLING ME THAT I LOOK LIKE I HAVE LOST WEIGHT. THAT IS REALLY TRUE. I DO MORE WHEN I WORKOUT OUTSIDE INSTEAD OF BUYING A MEMBERSHIP FOR A GYM.0

I have decided that for 2011 I am kicking the scale to the curb like an Ex Boyfriend! Weigh ins only once every two weeks...and to refrain from too many Mojitos on the weeekends0
