Congratulations on your 31 pound loss! That's a wonderful start. If you'd like to add me as a friend, please feel free to do so.
As far as the protein question, one way I'm able to get protein with minimal sodium is by eating/drinking soy products. Tofu is something I'd never eaten until a few weeks ago. I'm learning how to cook with it (which isn't very difficult) and it is amazing how it will soak up flavors of whatever you cook it with. I use spices/herbs other than salt when I cook and haven't missed the flavor of salt.
Wishing you continued success!0 -
Congratulations and keep up the hard work. Your loss will slow down, and should slow down, but don't let that discourage you. Are you strength training? If not, please, please, please add that to your routine so that you retain lean mass and lose mostly fat. You'll be much happier that you did when you do hit your goal weight.0
