New to the site, HELLO everyone :-D

Hi, I'm Stephanie. I'm very excited to have taken the steps in the right direction to getting back into shape. I just found this site tonight, and I believe it will help me to stay focused and on track of what I have already started. In the last seven weeks I have dropped 13 lbs. already. I haven't done much extra exercises, but I have increased the number of times I eat a day, lowered the portion sizes, increased my water in-take, and pretty much stayed busy and on my feet as much as possible. I have a weight loss goal of 57 lbs. and know I can do it. :happy:

    Hi there,

    My name is Vicki and I just joined today. I'm in the UK and thought this site may help me drop some weight and keep it off once and for all. Ultimately I'd like to lose about a stone and a half and think it will be easier if I can come on here for a bit if motivation!
