I started to work on my weight loss February 2013 - the pic on left is me at our daughter's wedding in August 2012 (weighing 348lbs), pic on right is this past January 2014 (weighing 276). I've lost another 15lbs since January and really need to update this pic - - 87lbs gone!!

Can I ask how that's working out for your ink? (you look great btw). I have a TON of ink myself, and i'm worried about them while I lose
Thank you my ink looks better now then it did before I don't have a ton of lose skin so I'm sure that people will react differently depending on their skin and what their tattoos are! For the most part I think it would be fine. How much do you have to lose?
I need to lose about 140. Luckily my LARGE pieces are chest and back (where I am pretty firm).0 -

In for this go around! Last Picture got cut off a little. Date is June 2013, weight is 195.
How tall are you?? I started at 310 and I thought I'd have to get down to 160ish to get rid of most of my fat. You looked like most of yours was gone at 195 in the middle pic. I'm 6'1".
For someone who is around 6" your target probably doesn't need to be anywhere near 160lbs, much more like ~200 - 190lbs. I started at 240, and now am down to 215lbs and I am getting close to the point where I want to start bulking back up again!0 -

I'm also 6'1", to get as lean as he was in his middle pic I would have had to get down to about 170 on my initial cut (down from 260ish). Most 6'1" guys will need to have a significant training history to have anything more than hints of flexed abs in the 190's. I'm about that lean now @195 (if not leaner, but I'm bulking now and in the low 200's), but it has taken me nearly 2 years of bulking/cutting to get to that point.0 -
