Anyone 1400 to 1600 dieters???? recipes needed

Hey anyone on a 1400 to 1600 diet and have any healthy smoothie recipes they might be able to share??? Or fast breakfast meals??

    My personal favorite for breakfast is steel cut oats, none of that instant oatmeal garbage. You just cook up a batch on Sunday and you can keep the rest in your fridge the rest of the week and eat it as you need it. I personally add about a teaspoon of butter per quarter cup, a tablespoon of brown sugar, and an eighth of a cup of frozen berries. All in all it comes to around 200 calories and I never have to cook in the mornings.

    I use egg white and broccoli omelets seasoned with red pepper flakes. Ingredients 2 egg whites, 1/4 cup of chopped broccoli( I use frozen and nuke it for a couple of minutes while my pan gets hot) coconut oil spray, and red peeper flakes. It takes about 10 minutes for me to make this, eat, and clean the kitchen and dishes.
