I would say sedentary for MFP and the add in your exercise when you get it in.

I walk for about 2-3 hours a day (in total, according to my activity tracker) and go to the gym for 30 min 3x a week, and I find lightly active about right for me.

Are you using MFP or TDEE method?

If this is for MFP settings, I would set your profile to lightly active (this will make allowance for the walking you do), then log your cycling as exercise on the days you do it.
  • Thank you guys. I've actually only just discoverd 'myfitnesspal' although I have only just stopped trying to lose weight but maintain it instead. I have lost 5lbs which I was pretty proud of!

We'll done on reaching your weight loss goal. If you find you are still losing on your current settings, then try increasing the activity settings to a point where you are maintaining at that calorie goal.
