HI ! i have been on myfitnesspal for about a month and i just cant get moving. Im a mom of 5 boys and work part time. i cannt seem to find time to work out i try to eat right but fall of task easy. My husband has lost 100lbs. Im very happy for him and wish i could just loss 25lbs.Why is it so hard?

    It is sometimes very hard to find time to workout. You do; however, need to MAKE time for yourself! I'm not sure where you live, but even a short 20 minute brisk walk would be great. Stay positive and try to find little moments in your very busy day to do any kind of exercise!
