Why can't I lose weight?

My calorie goal is 750 and I try my best to stay under it by exercising if I get over it. It's been the same for about 1 & 1/2 months and why have I not lost weight? I've lost 1 pound. ONE pound. If I'm losing 1 pound every month it's going to take me over 5 years for me to get where I want. To whoever who thinks it's starvation mode, it can't be because I sleep well (2-5 hours) and I have energy to excersise. I'm 5'1 and my BMR is 1516.4 I think if I eat more than 950 calories (reduced with excercise), I'll gain weight. So why am I not losing weight at all?

Just in case some poor, unsuspecting NON-troll comes in and reads the original post... This link explains why you don't loose on 750 calories per day.

    Holy lord.

BTW, it's pretty much impossible to eat 700 calories a day and not lose weight. There's no such thing as eating so little you stop losing weight. People who think they're eating 700 a day and not losing weight are just.. wrong.

If you truly are only consuming 750 calories a day you need to see your doctor. You are anorexic and you need help.

Please be careful throwing that diagnosis around. Just because someone might actually eat that much, does not automatically make them anorexic. Some are under a doctor's care, or some other reason. Anorexia is a serious mental illness, not to be taken lightly. Thanks.
