Getting back on the train

So I've been trying to lose weight pretty much most of my life. The last time I was actually thin was...when I was about 5 years old. I've lost and gained over and over, but now that I have MFP to keep an accurate food diary, things are going to change. 5'11 and hoping to get down to a size 12 from my current size 18 (16 on a good day). It's nice to meet all of you, and I'd love to have some friends.

Just because the train stops, doesn't mean you have to get off.
Read the link below - it might give you some ideas about how to make your plan sustainable. Also, build your habits with exercise and eating healthy. Habits trump motivation all day long. good luck.
