Well my husband and i started back on myfitnesspal today and plan to start p90X tonight. Is there anyone one here that does both that could give me some good advise on what works and doesn't?

There's a group I joined that started on the 1st. Maybe look for that thread and join in. I think it's literally called P90X Jan 1.

I am starting round 2 of P90x today. Love it. I use My Fitness Pal and use a heart rate monitor when I work out to count my calories burned. I don't follow the P90x diet because it does not fit in with my family of 5. I fell off and gained most back :sad: Today is day 1 of being back and also back on P90x

My husband and I are both on here and we've done 2 rounds of P90X together. We totally LOVE it! Its great to do it together...you stay motivated and accountable that way...plus its fun when you have a partner : )
Just listen to Tony and do your best and forget the rest! Bring it!!
