Just started and need friends!

After almost a year of hospitalizations for lung issues that pumped me up with steroids and led to a sedentary lifestyle, I'm the biggest I've ever been at 216 lbs. I generally am about 185/190 but my ideal weight is 175. I need to get down because my mom talks about me so much and I hate looking at my face in pictures I look puffy. People I see comment on my weight and I'm rather obsessed with it now.

I bought an exercise bike and got an asthma inhaler (because I couldn't exercise without one). I love yoga but my issue is time! I also only eat fish and my diary reveals too much carbs and not enough protein. I lost a whole lot of weight on Atkins last year with shots and pills but I still feel the ketosis led to my respiratory failure. Everyday I consider those pills and shots but I want to do this au natural.

I need some fitness pals! I hope you all can help me so I can add a weight loss banner to my profile! Wishing you all great success and praying I will be 175 by Christmas.
