Hi I have just beaten the stone lol, 15 pounds now in two months. Wow it was hard! Got incentive now to get rid of another before I go to sunny spain.

    We'll done it's a great feeling isn't it?! I get excited every time I lost half a stone, it was like id made it passed another milestone. Even better when you reach the point you've lost more than you've got left to loose.
