Help!!! Back on the wagon and need support!

I have been here before and failed. I didnt have any support. I am looking for friends and accountability. I hate to say I am currently 234 lbs and I need to get to 155 according to my dr. That seems like a huge goal but I am determined:) Please add me as I need all the help I can get! We can encourage each other!!

Hi,
I had to reply to your post. i am currently 234lbs but by my own choice, I want to be 133lbs (approx 9.5st). I am a mum of four who turned 40 mid-April. Disappointingly I set myself a goal just under 2 years ago, to be at my target weight and run a marathon to celebrate turning 40. Life got in the way. This time I am determined to do it. Fancy supporting each other and giving each other a virtual kick-up-the-backside when needed?0 -

If you have 75+ lbs to lose 2 lbs/week is ideal
If you have 40-75 lbs to lose 1.5 lbs/week is ideal
If you have 25-40 lbs to lose 1 lbs/week is ideal
If you have 15 -25 lbs to lose 0.5 to 1.0 lbs/week is ideal
If you have less than 15 lbs to lose 0.5 lbs/week is ideal0 -
