Is there a good way to measure the face?

I was surprised when I did a google search for "measure face while dieting" didn't come up with anything, so I thought I would ask here. Basically, I'm wondering if there is a way of measuring the face in order to accurately document lose of facial fat. (Yes, I do know that facial fat is often the last to go.)

Anyway, I know that photos are the method that most people use for documenting facial fat loss; however, I think that I would work well if I could actually see numbers changing :)

Your camera - make selfies and compare them.

If you wear glasses, even sunglasses, you will feel, that they get lose too.

But taking pictures is really the best option.

I didn't think about this. I just use photographs. For me, facial fat was one of the first places to lose weight.

the other day someone said "you lost weight, you look sick, like you're dying" I think thats one way to find out you lost fat from your face.

Usually is I even lose 5 lbs it shows in my face. My cheekbones become more noticeable. I know someone once told me they could tell by looking at my chin..the jaw bone(chin area) was more defined.
