My name is Denice, and I am using MFP and my new activity tracker to help me record my healthy choices. I am looking forward to chatting with others on this journey. I teach full time at a local university, am a doctoral student writing my dissertation, a wife, and a mom of 3 teenagers. Life is busy but full of blessings!
