Night shift nurse as well, and going to school (BSN) full time so to keep me on track I stay on a night shift schedule...but it still sucks, lol.0

Insomniac. Fell asleep around midnight, woke up at 2am. Could have sworn it was 6am. Time to workout or rleax and recover?0

I normally get to sleep around 1:30-3:00 am cause i'm a night owl. Although i did have 2 cups of coffee today (which i rarely drink) because i just bought some amazing creamer (Girl Scout Samoa Cookie Flavor) and some rooibos tea. So ill probably be up till 4.0

I'm pretty adaptable. My sleep patterns get adjusted fast so one week I'm a night owl and the next I'm waking up before sunrise0
