Soup! I find if I eat soup and a sandwich I feel full for a long time! Or beans.
And I use Walden Farms Mayo, which is supposed to be zero calorie (don't know how they do that). It's not great, but it gives a sandwich more moisture and squish... :-)0 -
I just had a yummy spinach & baby greens salad with a 1/2 figi apple, low fat mozzarella stick and 1/4 cup walnuts (pretty high calories, but good nutrients) with organic feta dressing (80 cal) but you can slim down the dressing easily. All under 400 calories!0

Shake It....easy, convenient, and best of all no cooking0

For me, the answer is almost always soup. Either find some great recipes of your own and freeze individual servings, or eat the canned stuff. (Just pay attention to the sodium content in the canned variety).0
