What keeps you motivated?

I have small monthly goals to achieve, it helps to make weightloss feel more achievable. How do you stay motivated?

    I have short term and long term motivations.........

    short term is getting in to the summer dresses that no longer fit me, this can be done on a week by week basis.

    Then the long term goal is next May when I am hoping to go back to Aruba for a two week holiday - I have been 3 times before and every time was amazing with the exception of the nagging feeling Im not truely happy with my weight and clothes. The last time we went I actually felt quite uncomfortable it was so hot and the temp never seemed to drop even at night - I ended up wearing the same outfit again and again as it was the only thing I felt comfortable in.

    And my daily motivation - knowing if I go to the gym I will physically and mentally feel better which will help with my stressful job, and looking at clothes on line/in the shops knowing soo I can indulge myself!!!!
